July 6, 2010:
I am back at work and recovering slowly. I am going to condense the information that was listed earlier. May 25th I had surgery for colon cancer and thought the surgery went well, but developed an infection and had to go back in. I was in the hospital until June 21st. It has been quite an ordeal, but even the doctors and nurses recognized that it was a miracle. They had told my wife that I may not live after the second surgery, but I stabilized almost immediately. I appreciate all the cards, balloons, flowers, and mainly the prayers and concern that everyone has shown. I hope to be back doing toy shows soon. - David
